This is my 3rd since 1969 that tells you how durable they are. I love it... it cooks meat until it falls off the bone, it steams puddings as light as air and because it takes no time at all to cook you save money on gas so economical to use. Great piece of kit. Brilliant to cook with, this replaced an older pressure cooker of a different make and I this time I purchased a Prestige cooker, the original make I used and my mother used. To date I've used it to cook vegetables etc however I was really pleased when last week I cooked a pot roast in it and it turned out tender, tasty and delicious.
