Easy but very stiff and splits.
This arrived coiled up and took a lot of strength to bend flat. It’s easy to put the clamp holding the phone ON (via unscrewing and screwing back in). It’s also easy to insert your phone INTO the holder itself as well as easy to open the base and tighten up. When it comes to bending the goose neck it’s really hard! The plastic coating around the neck at the base clamp splits VERY easily and as a result the thing just “flops” around and swings instead of actually staying firmly in place. The plastic coating is the most important part of the whole structure and with it splitting so easily, it leaves this nearly unusable. If you’re going to treat this thing REALLY delicate and have strength in your hands/arms TO actually bend it; fantastic. If you’ve got (the start of, or advanced) arthritis in your hands/arms, I would advise you to pick a different model.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Flimsy
This looks good. But it’s not. It’s too flimsy to hold an iPad. It’s does tighten very well to the exercise machine. It’s too big for an iPad mini and too flimsy for a normal size iPad. Even if you manage to secure it somewhat there is too much movement when using an exercise machine. Tablet holder
This is ideal if you want to read whilst you exercise. It allows you to keep both hands on the monitoring devices on the handlebars ( only removing them to turn pages ) it can even encourage longer sessions if you set yourself a target of so many chapters each time ! It works but it's wobbly
It's not quite bad enough to send back but it isn't worth a tenner (which I paid). The spherical-ended mounting post is not stiff enough. As soon as you start exercising the iPad starts wobbling about. I really wanted it to be great - but it isn't.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not very stable
Using on exercise bike and very wobbly. May be due to the foam covering on my handle bars but neither the method of securing iPad to stand or stand to bike is very secure. Would not be confident using bike at higher speed. Was not expensive though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheap, but pretty poor quality
I bought this to use with my bike on a turbo trainer. It was pretty cheap, but the quality is very poor, and it is definitely not fit for that purpose. 1. The mount only attaches to the handlebars with a single, very basic plastic loop. It is not secure, and constantly slips 2. The tablet holder does not attach securely to the mount, and falls off with even a little movement. 3. The tablet holder doesn't have enough adjustability to hold a 7" tablet. Good value product. A little wobbly with the Ipad on it but does the job
Good product, packaged well, arrived on time and works okay. Installed on a gym style exercise bike with the large diameter bars. the simple clamp on mechanism worked well and took a few seconds to install. It does wobble a little, but to be expected with a device that has a single fixing point. Not good
The product is flimsy, not very sturdy especially if you want to run on treadmill and the the treadmill is shaking a little bit( which naturally happens when you are running on it). The strap with which you have to fix the mount on the handle of treadmill is so so small that it doesn't even fit in on my treadmill which by the way doesn't have broad handles. Good for the price.
I was a little concerned by other negative reviews, which I only read after I had placed my order. However when assembled correctly it works fine. It is important to ensure that the tablet holder is clicked firmly into place on the mounting bracket.
