    Very Powerful but a little slow.

    Used this to open close a large centre pivot Velux skylight window. Velux sell a kit but it is 35 times the price at £500 plus. Very Powerful but slow takes 40 seconds to go from fully retracted to fully extended so would be a pain to keep your finger on the momentary function all that time. The controller comes with two latching function buttons that solve this issue but that does mean you cant just use your own changeover switch mounted permanently on a wall. Powerful enough to hold the window securly shut without latching it but powerful enough to damage the window or something if the window was latched and then this was operated. Took some very nervouse measurments before commiting to fixing it and going for closing fully as it is not adustable on stroke. Might be an idea to remove the window latch mechanism if anyone does the same to avoid any chance ofdamage.

    Slow but good

    They work well may be a bit slow, I am using 2 of these to lift one end of my car port to gain hight when needed, this one is I just bought is to replace 1 that failed after about 13 mouths but it was being used up right out side and filled with water.
