Smokey Goodness!
Did my first smoking this past weekend. I did a tri tip which seemed to be a beginner type meat and a California favorite. Not worth buying
After one use the finish is gone and already rusting. The access side panel on the smoker side does not seal well and is open all the way to the bottom, when opening coals can just fall out. Does not seal well so cannot regulate smoke very well and causes you to use lots more coal and wood than usual and hard to keep a steady temperature. Very thin metal used, dents very easily.
