Working so Far !!
As I know everyone is different was a little dubious if this would work but thought I would give it a try. I have struggled to lose the last 6 kilos that I need to shift, and have maintained the same weight for around 6 months no matter how much exercise I do. However I am happy to report that after taking this for just 1 week I have managed to lose 1KG in weight. Surprising I actually was not expecting this as had a knee injury this week so was only able to do my normal Bike exercise twice, so for rest of week was only taking tablet with no exercise. I also feel as I have more energy so this is always a good thing, however did not do anymore exercise on the 2 occasion I did ride just my normal 30 minutes. Tried these as I’d read good reviews. Didn’t make any difference at all. I’d combined with healthy eating and exercise and still lost weight as slowly as I’ve always struggled with over the years. Didn’t feel any different no extra energy even after I’d taken 2 a day for few days. Bit gutted seen as the reviews were good but lost a pound in a week or so. I can lose weight but I’ve always struggled I think I have a super low metabolism was hoping these would help boost that but they didn’t. I gave them a go but for me they literally made no difference - no side effects just as though I hadn’t taken anything at all. Great price but it doesn’t work
You pay for what you get really, I went off reviews but they haven’t worked for me at all. I doubled the dose and for every meal Ive had chicken & veg or chicken & rice sometimes fish, 4 litres of water spread out during the day. I have a very out going job and work hard with a personal trainer and they’ve also agreed they haven’t really benefited me in anyway. You’re better off drinking green tea and just dieting alone. I’ve had no real energy boost they do wake my up a bit in the morning but in that case it’s an expensive coffee. It was worth a go for the price but I won’t buy them again.
