Four (or more) monitors for one PC
This powerful little dock (Dell D3100) does its job very well. I use it for digital signage -running 4 large screens from one very small PC to show results at sporting events. Setup is simple enough - download the latest displaylink driver, install on the PC and restart. Don't rely on the driver that self-installs when you first plug in the dock as it often fails to install and looks like an old version. Having got it installed, connect everything up. It has 5 USB ports, Ethernet, audio, two HDMI ports and one Displayport. I got a displayport to hdmi cable so that I can connect the hub to three hdmi monitors and the 4th monitor goes onto the PC's hdmi port. Just right click on the desktop to get to Display Settings, where you can align the monitors, extend or duplicate them and also set up and screen rotation. While its main purpose is for the signage at events, I also use it every day at home so that switching from one laptop to another becomes as simple as moving the single USB cable, leaving the mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer, etc connected to this dock. This makes it almost as useful as a KVM switch, but without the extra cables and with full Hdmi support. I have used it daily for three months without a glitch: now recommending it to friends and colleagues as a great little piece of kit. Dell boy done good!

Lightweight with lots of plug in options
Cant believe what a great bit of kit this is. All my equipment was old and needed to be renewed I bought a Dell laptop plus this docking station which has a 32 inch monitor plugged into it together with a wireless keyboard and mouse . Everything works perfectly and I am so pleased with it all.

Cracking dock for those with a desk and who travel about...
You can connected you laptop to multiple monitors and keyboard just via USB3. Easy to come and go, it's great quality, just install the drivers and it works.
