It worked for a while.
It worked but it was never impressive before packing up just after the warranty ran out. I took it apart to see if there was anything obviously wrong and was shocked at how complicated they have made it - unnecessarily so in my opinion. Bought this to replace a previous mop which I had for a few years and worked very well, it was a different make.. Disappointed with this as you cannot adjust the volume of steam and it doesn't steam continuously, only when the trigger is pulled!
