Looks can be deceptive
Large mop head saves time. Double water tank is a good idea. Biggest disadvantage is that you have to hold down the steam button almost continuously to get enough steam to come out. This is quite painful on the fingers/hand after a while. Very Good as a steam mop on Hard Floors
Works very well on hard and vinyl floors but not so good on carpets. Strangely, the instructions say it won't clean carpets, so why does it include a carpet glider? Hence it's lost a star as I wanted to use it as a carpet cleaner. Have yet to try it as a handheld unit but looks as if it will do the job OK.
