Not bad for the cost.
I bought these for astronomy use, and finally had a clear sky last night. I was looking for M101 near the big dipper handle. This was at less than 26 mag. I did find M101 as a dim fuzz ball, as it shows in my 8"dob scope. Andromeda shows very well in the NNeast night By no means are they the best binoculars, but for the cost, they work well. If you want to spend hundreds +$ more, that's your call. Shipping was very fast. Just a few days. Thank you for that. High mag at 40 can be a chore to focus, but I don't use them much at that power. Construction is good and solid. The focus turns easily, and moves slowly to get a precise focus. A zero G beach chair and a mount for the binos would make it easy to spend a lot of time watching the sky.

Received my new petrini field glasses today Night prism 12-40×80 with zoom I looked over many brand name binoculars and then Checked out the petrini glasses. They look Super. Read a few reviews about them & Decided to give them a shot. They are well made they look great and I tried them out Right away on my front porch. I checked out a home in my neighborhood that's a little less than a half mile from my home and I could see the tag #s on the vehicle parked In the drive way. I'm very happy with the quality, & performance & the look of the glasses is awesome. And the price can't be beat for everything you receive from these Glasses very happy I purchased them.
