These sherbet lemons are like the ones I used to buy years ago and now cannot be bought in sweet shops at the moment. Those on offer now taste vaguely of lemon but are much too sweet because people are addicted to sugar these days. These have a medicinal effect for me in that the citric acid in sherbet lemons is good for keeping kidney stones at bay so I have 2 a day.
