Adds value and convenience.
A really useful bit of kit. The addition of a DVD to my thinkpad is very pleasing. I much prefer plugging peripherals into the base rather than the laptop as it (obviously) protects it. Very good value for those of us with older kit.

Dock for X230
The dock shows no marks of any usage. It's like a new. The optical drive is removable and can be replaced with ssd or hdd. It adds plenty of new connections. This is the best stable for the "workhorse". Highly recommended.
