The Nicotinell Patches work well for me....
The Nicotinell Patches work well for me. They stick well & don't cause any skin irritation. I've been stopped smoking for over 2 months & find the patches definitely take the edge off & help with any nicotine withdrawal symptoms. The first 3 days are always the hardest but I don't get irritable like I would if I was to attempt to stop smoking without any nicotine replacement. I remove the patch before going to bed though as they cause me restless nights but that may not be the case for everyone
