A great time saver.
Graph tech makes installing a new guitar nut so easy it's almost cheating. Just find the type you want ( tusq, black tusq xl, new bone ex.) find the dimensions that match the best to your guitar ( always go larger ). Sand down to fit and get the string height you want. Graphtech Nut worked great!
Adds a bit of sustain to the guitar, fit perfectly on my Jackson JS22 Dinky with a little modification. Had to file the G/B/E nut slots a bit deep but otherwise it works great. Amazing seller, A+ product would buy again.

Just a tiny bit too tall, which is a good thing because I simply sanded the bottom on a flat surface using 320 grit sandpaper a little at a time until it was perfect. Keeps tuning stable!!
Tusq nuts solve most of your tuning problems...if you action and intonation are good, but the guitar won't stay tune, don't sell it, change the nut! Locking tuners are nice, but they won't solve wonky tuning problems. A lot of guitars these days under $1000 have a 2 cent plastic nut, thinking they can save some money on production...the $10ish on a decent nut is one of the best investments you'll ever make on your axe.
