Different to picture.
Good quality. Just be aware though same as other reviews on other sites. The top cap is only 8mm and not the 25mm as shown in the photo. Still fits just need more spacers or use the top cap from the old bearing.

Do you research on what kind of headset you need! This is a sturdy well made headset for the cost. You need a special tool to press fit them in. Failing that a block of wood and a hammer can work but be very carful.
