Nice basic set of pans
I needed to replace some ancient Teflon pans and wanted to avoid non-stick coatings as there are questions over their safety. This is a really nice, basic, value set of pans in pure, uncontaminated stainless and have found them much easier to clean than the so-called 'non-stick'! Although quite light weight, they have good bases that distribute the heat quickly and evenly. Just be careful, if you are cooking on a gas hob, that you do not let the flames go around the outside as you then end up with hot handles (as others have mentioned). The handles are only attached by rivets so it will be interesting to see how long they last but really pleased with them after the first few weeks!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Almost too hot to handle
