Great tool but paying for the brand
This lifter was a lifesaver transferring my decorated (and quite heavy) cake to the cake board. It did not tear any fondant or cake at the bottom. The grip was good and I didn't fear it would slip from my hand. The whole thing felt really sturdy even once the cake was loaded. My only gripe really is that I feel you are paying for the Wilton brand, there isn't anything special about this cake lifter but you pay a bit more because of who makes it. All in all I'm happy I bought it, I've moved cakes without one for years but this will take a bit of worry out of the task.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
