    Just what I needed.

    I won't use them until next year as I've made all the jam I need for this year. I bought them because I have jars with reusable screw on lids and i don't need the complete sets of covers and wax discs. It's not easy to buy just the discs, so i was very pleased to find these discs for sale separate..

    Good value , affects recipe ,

    Unless You use way too much dried gelatine or leaf gelatine , guar powder , the home made jam will not set , usually three triple packs of gelatine for about 13 jars , so in order for the jam to set properly use twice as much on a reliable heat source such as induction or convection. This does keep the jam mould free when set , and doesn’t cost too much
