The detail of these figures is excellent. The plastic used to mould them appears to be LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene). This is the industry standard for plastic toy figures of this kind, most commonly associated with Airfix soldiers. Regrettably, there is no known glue that will bond the pieces reliably. Therefore, one has to resort to using a heated pin to melt the pieces together. This makes for a very challenging build, requiring skill and patience. Not for the faint hearted.
What I ordered was advertised as a Pak36, and what I recieved was labelled as one, but it definitely was not one. The model itself is also not of great quality - a soft and stretchy plastic that was hard to tidy up cleanly with a knife and neither my plastic glue nor superglue stuck it properly - but I didn't expect much at that price. I did, however, expect it to be the item it purported to be.
