If I were to do it again I would buy a new Sargent brand crimper and not the used Raychem one.
If you buy this tool new it is a 5 star product. I bought it used and it doesn't operate at smoothly as a new one and the spring is broken that opens it after completing a crimp. Since I'm just using this used one for occasional crimping at home, it will be fine. I tested it and it crimps fine.
