The worst hair curler ever
I have very fine shoulder length hair. I simply wanted a little curling tong for holidays, and paid for this expensive brand. Unfortunately there is no spring clip to secure the hair around the tong at all, so (wait for this) they give you a GLOVE to hold the tong while you are supposed to wrap the hair around it, so the hair immediately slips off the tong!! It is utterly useless. I am not actually sure if it has temperature control, because I didn't get that far. I had already unwrapped it before realising that the design was so badly flawed, and then read the literature which says you cannot get a refund if you have torn away the plastic. I ended up by throwing the whole hair curler in the bin in utter frustration, because my hair would not stay on the tong. Nifty curler gorgeous results
