I purchased 2 sets of these for my old dog to help him as he is wobbly on his legs and wobbly legs don’t mix with oak flooring, at first the boots look great they fit his feet they don’t turn around which we found with all the different socks we have tried, I think if you shortened them just to the ankle (with the length of them when he walks his bending of ankle works the boot down so they flap about they can’t be tightened any more as it would cut off the circulation in his feet ) and put elastic from the boot then attached the Velcro the would fit better and not slide down the leg and when walking about the elastic would stretch with the movement so being better fit and not hang off the feet giving the grip he needs

  • great way to protect dogs injured feet

These are the best way to protect a dogs feet in cases where the injury is either on the foot itself or as ours is, at the back of the leg just above the pads (Furuncolosis). Our German Shepherd is an active 2 year old, and you can guess he puts them through their paces, and they stay on! ( they may need adjustment after vigorous activity, or if going over ploughed fields as ours did!) As for hard wearing; we have just sent for our second set as the others are now getting worn out after about about 500 miles of mainly road walking.

  • Dog boots

Straps are poor quality, one thick one would be better than two thin ones, and they fray to easily. Boots need to be longer.

  • Doggie Boots

Excellent all round. Does what it says on the tin. Highly recommended for keeping dressing dry in wet conditions. Remove when indoors, clean ready for outside again.
