Don't hesitate - if you need to adjust bicycle cables buy one, it's worth every penny
It's look and feels like a quality tool that will last many years of use. Also it look also identical to the Park Tool which cost more. Should have bought it years ago.
If I'd bought this years ago like I should have, I'd have saved myself a lot of time and hassle. I admit I thought it unnecessary and struggled with locking pliers and other implements of torture for longer than I care to remember. Now the job I always found to be painful, awkward and time consuming is a breeze. If you don't already own one of these tools and you're considering buying one, you need to at least look at the Draper tool. There are so many out there that all look the same in the pictures but in the real world fall well short of the claims. In my opinion this is definitely no one of them and well worth the money. Adjust front derailleurs
This is a life saver for bikes without barrel adjusters for front derailleurs (most road bikes nowadays)! Simple to use mechanism for tightening and holding cable in place while setting the tension bolt. A decent tool to end the fiddle of fitting brake cables
This tool has made life much easier for me. It doesn't feel as good quality as some of the tools I have seen but it still does the job well.
