Excellent Scaffolding Plank
The versatility of the Little Giant 8 to 13 Telescoping Plank makes it an excellent choice for the DIYer. It is made of the best quality aluminum and built to last a lifetime. The telescoping couldn't be easier. Set your ladders in place, affix one end of the plank to a ladder, extend the plank to desires length and affix the remaining end to the other ladder. Simple as 1-2-3 and you have a walking platform from which to do your project without the hassle of constantly moving a ladder. Strength is built into the plank. Just don't overload it with more than capacity and all is safe to get started. My only concern is that at 73 years young I could wish for a little more width to the plank, enabling me to feel completely relaxed when using it. I picked this one because it is 2 in narrower than the other brands and I can go up at least one step higher on my step ladder, which helps when you're working by yourself.
