The Tefal madras collection chapati pan is terrific for chapati's and all flat breads...I received my pan this morning and used it straight away, making Lebonese mountain bread...The heat distribution is perfect, as is the non-stick quality of this pan...Iv'e included images to assist in your decision in purchasing this item...Hope this short review helps :-}

Very poor quality, thin material, easily bendable, not strong, arrived damaged, would probably last a couple of weeks in a busy kitchen, non-stick broke off first time, totally unusable and crap. Spend your money on a cast iron Tava, cheaper and much better and will last a lifetime unlike this crap.

Worst buy ever.
This non stick pan does not sit flush on the cooker and does not conduct heat properly...will not cook on low heat and burns on high heat. I will stick to traditional iron griddle instead.
