It Works
We had six small area rugs in our home that continuously slipped about on ceramic tile floors. They used to slip around due to normal traffic and the dog had a ball wrinkling and moving them for something to do. SUPER DUPER GRIPPER!
This SUPER product acts EXACTLY like they claim...it GRIPS the hard surface floors when applied to throw rugs! Extremely happy with it. Works great for rugs and I hope will work for knit socks.
I thought of using Plasti-Dip previously to keep my knit and fleece socks from being too slippery, but this product is specifically for fabric and seems to work great so far! No More Slippery Rugs
I love this stuff for spraying on the back of my rugs so they won't slide on the hardwood floors.I use two coats. I also use it to spray on the bottom of hand knit booties and house socks so we don't slip and fall on our keisters. Effective product - makes throw rug non-slip
My wife and I bought a small throw rug without a non-slip backing to put on our tiled bathroom floor. Because it slide so easily on the floor, it presented a slip-and-fall hazard. I got this spray to make the back tacky. One application was all it took. Considering the medical bills that could result from a slip-and-fall accident, I consider the cost of this product to be more than fair. This stuff works!
Recommend this product. Sprayed on the back of the carpet type rug inside my front door, it grips the hardwood floor and does not move when the rug is stepped on. I was using a rubberized undermat which did not hold well, and was afraid of a guest sliding on the rug and falling.
