There is hardly any pickle smell or flavor.
Works like Chapstick, but the pickle taste and smell is hardly noticeable. It's a neat novelty but missed the dill pickle target...

Great as a "gotcha!" gift!
The guys loved it in their stockings, as a gag...because, as we all know, guys LOVE bacon! But the smell was more like bacon-bits than real bacon, they all said...and the feeling on their lips was 'greasy' not creamy or moisturizing, and with the odor that close to their noses, NOT pleasant. As a result, at $5 a pop, I won't be buying these again (5 adult sons), although it was a cool attention-getter for One Christmas.
