I bought a Pop up Colman gazbo about 7 years ago. As time went by the canopy weathered and dry rotted. My step daughter went to knock snow off it and it tore. She felt bad and bought me a new one. Even after I had told her it was old and needed replacement anyway. So instead of taking down the entire popup and replacing it with a new one I just lowered the popup and replaced the canopy then put the new frame in the storage unit, FF to 2017 and the Ozark canopy lasted longer but like all good things it too came to an end. So I ordered a new canopy and before I could close out the computer it was here. (Kind of reminded me of one of those Road Runner cartoons.) When I went to lower the frame to change out the canopy I realized that the frame was rusted and not in very good shape. 7 years in sun, snow, rain and pine sap, what can you expect? Then I remembered the frame from when my daughter had bought me the replacement popup. After a liberal amount of WD-40 and a few good whacks with a hammer I managed to lower the old pop up and fold it up, brought out the other frame that had never been used, put the canopy over it and popped it up. And now I have a new canopy and frame and it looks great. If you live in the piney woods and don't want pine sap all over your patio furniture this is a great way to go. It's not expensive and it looks good. But most important it keeps pine sap and pine needles off your patio furniture.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

not water resistant
everything about this is a win win I now have a new pop up canopy the one I bought abut 10+ years ago now has new life with this replacement cover.
