GENUINE BRIGGS AND STRATTON VALVE, FUEL SHUT OFF TAP
An essential addition to petrol powered small machinery that has no other means of cutting off fuel flow. Many small mowers do not have this as a feature sadly so when you fill up a tank then find a motor will not start this is a case for frustration over how to proceed. With this fitted life is easier allowing fast removal of a full tank to aid repairs (often in the way) the only point is to note is the fuel direction arrow marked on its body. An easy way to prevent carburettor problems after winter storage, shut off fuel and run machine until it stops. I also added an inline fuel filter to my older quantum engine at the same time.
