An extra reach.

Cheap & nasty
This was bought for my mum who has just had a hip replacement and can't bend over. The handle is quite bendy, so it's hard to get much leverage on scrubbing your back. The sponge is rather nasty cheap rubbery plasticky material, not quite as nice as a car wash sponge.
