Only Time will tell - being cellular foam the material doesn't last for ever.
I bought this to place in a cheap second wheelchair which arrived with no cushion. My NHS wheelchair has a top grade cushion that hasn't worn soft in 2 years of daily use. This one seems every bit as good as the NHS one and a good thickness - Properly sculpted shape and fits the spare wheelchair very well. Sitting in it, the comfort is fully up to spec. I can't vouch for its longevity because I don't have to spend all day in the wheelchair as I can walk around and try to avoid spending hours on end sitting - not good for soreness. But my spare wheelchair has been deployed at a Holiday Lodge where I leave it so that I don't have to pack my NHS one when we visit - it's there ready for me as required. So I would guess with the use it gets it will go on doing a good job so bearing that in mind, I give it 5 stars because it's the real thing. It's not a cheap low density fake by any means. The cover is good too so should be hard wearing. It was also a little smaller than my NHS cushion and that's because the back-up wheelchair has a very slightly smaller seat. So there's another bonus.
