Fabulous Product
I tried lots of products to assist with my sleep but nothing worked until I found Somnapure. Now I swear by it. It doesn't induce sleep, it doesn't make be groggy in the morning and it's not a drug. It is herbs that are properly blended so once I fall asleep, I stay asleep for 7-8 hours. It doesn't knock me out and I never "over sleep" while taking it. I took it for about 8-10 days and then didn't have to take it for months. My Circadian Rhythms were regulated and then I was able to get the same quality sleep as if I were taking Somnapure. If I started sabotaging myself again by going to bed at all different late hours, waking up super early some days and late on others days, then I would start taking it again and I would again be regulated. Not as good as the original.
I have been a regular user of the Somnapure Clinical Strength until I could no longer find it on the eBay or the internet. I purchased the Force Factor’s somnapure, but was very disappointed. The newer version under a different name is a pill that is at least five times larger than the original and not easy to swallow and has an unpleasant taste. Good sleep vs just sleep
I really expected a good nights sleep like I was lead to believe. I think I heard it was recomended on the Dr. Oz show? I will take recomendations with a grain of salt from now on. Somnapure is getting harder to find.
I have a great deal of trouble going to sleep at night. This product works fine. I was surprised how well it works until I ran out of it. When it comes to insomnia I must be the expert as I have suffered long and hard for many years. I can say that I have bad sleep apnea and insomnia and it is difficult to find something that works. The prescription sleep aids had too many bad side effects especially with the other medications I was taking. I have tried just about every home and natural remedy out there and this specific Somnapure seems to work the best. I have bad case of insomnia for years. I take one a half hour before bedtime with 8 oz water. It seems to help me fall asleep. It's also much cheaper if you can get by on 1 pill a night. Every once in a while I try sleeping w/o taking it since I would rather sleep without taking anything. no side effects upon waking up in the morning.
