The pod is a small, simple device to install and use. The results however do not make it easy to work it how to improve the running style. It would be nice for Garmin to include advice on how to improve rather than just the data.

I use this alongside a Garmin 735XT running watch and it seems to work perfectly. No problems pairing it with the watch and it provides all the data that I was after. The clip is very strong so no danger of it falling off in use. Just beware that as it is so small and lightweight you might forget to remove it - I did once but it survived the washing machine.

Having had 2 Garmin TriHRMs with running dynamics that stopped working, probably with water ingress, I bought one of these and a standard HRM. Works great. Just have to remember to remove it from my shorts before they go in the wash, my watch reminds me to do this after a workout.
