Save water "smartly"

Looks good but better suited to honey rather than water!!!!
This novelty water butt looks really good. Unfortunately tonight was the first time it had rained since I took delivery of it. It leaks dramatically from the factory fitted tap. I was not pleased as I tried to stop the constant squirting/pouring of water in the pitch black of night!! Very expensive and poor quality.
