Good. Better. Best. HP quality is the best.
I have used DVD disks for a long time. Over time I have found that "you pay for what you get." Better quality costs a little more. HP has great quality and is well worth the price. Other DVDs may cost less but fail when writing data to them. HP Needs A New Source For Blank DL DVD Discs
I have used several brands of Dual Layer Blank DVDs in the past but never HP. The first two discs stopped during the burning process, strangely at the 57 percent complete point. Both were on different DVD burners and both were burning different data at the time of failure. To make sure the fault wasn't with the burners, I used a different brand blank discs and successfully completed the burn process using the same data as before (the data was still on the hard drive in the same location, it was not recopied to the hard drive). I don't know what HP is good at making but from my experience, it isn't Dual Layer Blank DVD discs. Never again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great discs butbe careful the options you choose with the burner for those discs.
Good enough HP DVD+R DL discs, albeit it can fail if you tell your burning software to finalize the disc to prevent changes later, DO NOT otherwise it render the disc useless everytime it finish burning So disable the option of finalizing discs and stick to low burning speeds to make your purchase worthwhile.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
