Great little amp. Best tone at this price point.
Not just a beginer amp. Whilst this amplifier is a great frist amplifier, priced Ideally for beginers. I happens to also have great tone and more then enough volume for home use. It could even just about be used for pub work. I wouldnt pit it against a full size/valve amplifier or a drum kit, but on its own it has more than enough volume to fill a room/pub. For home use it is ideal for beginers and more advanced players for practice. It has great tone on both the clean and dirty channels, although I tend to stick to the clean channel and drive it with pedals. I use the amp with a host of effects pedals and loopers, it works and sounds great. Unlike a lot of other small amplifers it does not come with muti-amp modeling or a host of built in effects, but I think this is for the better in this instance, because all the money has been spent on the amp itself not all the extras, just be aware you will want to put pedals in front of it. The amp also has a input for a channel foot switch, but the pedal does not come with the amp as standard, it is an optional extra. Finally the headphone socket has been equiped with 4X12 cab simulation, which could be useful for home recording purposes.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
