Condition:
The Darlac handheld garden sickle has a resharpenable carbon-steel blade and aluminium/rubber grip. Cuts through most garden overgrowth including thistles, nettles and undergrowth. Cut with a slicing rather then hacking action pulling back on the handle at the end of the swing. Use the weight of the blade-head to slice through vegetation. Very sharp blade: use with extreme caution.

Fantastic tool!
Can't believe how good this was. My garden had become horrendously overgrown, out of sheer laziness and lack of time, but when I could hardly reach my door at the bottom of the garden because of 5 ' thistles, brambles and grass, I had to do something. This just breezed through the lot. It did take quite a long time, but I could not have done it any other way. Very effective for clearing brush
Bought this to control an area of brush, coarse grass and brambles. It's quite a small area so not worth using a powered brush cutter. This went through most bramble stems in one blow, with even the thicker ones only needing a couple. It is extremely sharp and, on first impressions, looks like keeping its edge well.
