Year-round must have if you like home-made burgers
Easy to use, easy to clean, superb for portion control. Excellent quality metal means this is will last years. The handle grip unscrews for compact storage in kitchen drawer. We buy our mince in bulk from the local butcher - 45 minutes later I have a months worth of burgers ready for the freezer. Bought this Quarter Pound Burger Press to use for BBQ party. It was so quick & easy to use making 30 burgers the same size. The wax discs not only helped with the press but also avoided burgers sticking together when piled on top of each other before cooking. Simply the best I've used so far
I'm disabled with arthritis so I wanted a burger press that I could easily use. This fits the bill perfectly. And I hardly get my hands covered in raw meet as I can just spoon in the burger mixture I want. It's easy to assemble and to store. To store it, I unscrew the handle and it can easily even placed in a drawer. So it doesn't take up much room. I recommend this product wholeheartedly. The apparatus has a large circumference, not constrained, as some of these burger presses are, which allows for a heavy burger being produced without being to thick to cook nicely, so avoiding any charring.
