this will be the second time I have bought one off these, I have had my first one about six years and use it every day at work, its perfect for holding my paperwork and the ring binder holds a variety of sheets of instructions on equipment or forms and paperwork I use daily the different pockets hold a variety of office equipment ie:- small stapler tippex ect , the front pocket easily holds A4 sheets rear zip pocket is also quite spacious I have not found another folder this versatile
