Sort of works
Good steamer to fit 3 sizes of pan BUT big drawback for me - on smaller pans, the 'headroom between water in pan itself and bottom of steamer is so small, any food in steamer actually gets boiled as well as steamed. To avoid the water bubbling into the steamer one has to put such a small amount of water in main pan, that it is not usable to boil such things as potatoes. So, the main point of having a steamer, efficient 2/3way cooking, is quite lost! I have ended up buying a small COMPLETE steamer instead.

Deeper than the 3 tier steamers!
I already have a 3 tier steamer which is good for veg and small dishes but each tier is shallow and not deep enough for a large Christmas Pudding...This steamer is and It fits over different sized saucepans. It's lightweight and easy to clean. I love it!

Nice steamer but it is not STELLAR
The steamer is very good and fits the three sizes of pan well. But do be aware that the product you receive is JUDGE and not STELLAR. The price is still acceptable for a Judge steamer.
