Reasonable.
Easy and quick to use and quite effective. However it is very small and it can move about unless you hold it tight as well as relying on the suction pad. With large knives, this can be hazardous. Small knives don't seem to sharpen as well as the big ones but I think I need more practice as the pressure used is pretty important i.e. don't press hard but equally you need some pressure to make it work properly. With larger knives, the weight is perhaps just right whereas small knives are lighter. I'm sure i'll get used to it but best not to expect miracles from such a relatively cheap product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I was so impressed with my AnySharp Knife Sharpener I bought one for my brother. It's neat and compact, takes very little room up when not in use. Follow the instructions and AnySharp improves the efficiency of any knife every time. Easy and safe to use with great results
Sharpens knives really easily although it does remove a sliver of the blade metal more than any other knife sharpener I've had so will my knives eventually disappear!? The suction pad which secures the sharpener to a kitchen worktop or table is an excellent idea and is very secure. Definitely the best I've had and no knife-sharpening skills required. Very impressed and good quality
Following an accident with a hand held sharpener, I purchased this product for its inherent safety. Sure enough this product attaches to the kitchen work surface very securely...obviously this needs to be smooth or you will need to locate any other secured smooth surface. What I did not expect was the fact that the products ability to sharpen is infinitely better than my old one. With virtually no effort I now have a set of razor sharp knives. With my old product I was always wary of sharpening right to the tip as this required sharpening strokes that left the blade tip with the obvious dangers this caused, but with this product, your hands are positioned on the knife handle with no possibility of injury and the sharpening process goes along the entire blade length.
