you get what you pay for
Very comfortable for an EDC, and comfortable to handle. Comes properly sharpened, and is very easy to sharpen, which is a good thing because the edge retention is laughable. I used it to cut down a single clean box that was for some shelving, and halfway through the process, the edge was dull. It still got the job done, but it needed a proper sharpening (not just a hone) when I finished the box. I honestly didn't have high hopes, being that it is such an inexpensive knife. It's a great example of you get what you pay for and that just because it's made in the USA, doesn't mean it's good. I'll continue to use it for light work, but it's not a knife I would recommend or get again. For a knife that has such a nice design, I simply don't see the point of using such low-quality steel. It's like putting a Subaru Forester engine in Ferrari.
