Cannot pair H800 headphones
Really disapointed about the fact that this product is not compatible with my H800 headphones. I bought this nano receiver despite the bad commentaries I read telling me that the users that had the same problem were just doing things worng. I'm doint IT support for a living since 1995 and I assure you that buying this product is pure gamble not knowing for shure if this will synchronize with you h800. I tried to pair via many computers (Windows 7,8,and 10...even XP... tried also with variations of 32bits at 64 bits systems and with many types of usb ports (2.0/3.0). Also tried different pairing utilities from Logitech (1.00.09 and 1.00.10). Hope you have better luck than me. I'll just keep pairing via bluetooth. Too bad I lost the original nano... Got it to work!
The pairing utility must be downloaded from the Logitech support site. Logitech no longer supports or updates this pairing utility. The pairing utility doe macOS does not seem to work correctly with macOS 10.12.6 (macOS Sierra). The pairing utility for Windows 7 64-bit did work for me under Windows 10. The receiver and headset paired without any issues on Windows 10. The receiver and headset work on both Windows 10 and macOS 10.12.6.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Something wrong with Logitech
In despite that the invoice and envelope containing the receiver had the correct P/N, the paper inside shows a different P/N, and of course, the receiver does not pair with the headset is supposed to work with. Had to return it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Doesn't work
