Does the job better than the original.
I was a bit dubious about ordering this item from (to me) an unknown company. I was really pleased with the price, as the ones I have seen are a few pounds more expensive. When I pulled it out the packet I was quite amazed at how good the quality of the embossing mat actually is. It is a little thicker than my original one, but I didn't mind that. As I was embossing with my original mat, the die would actually cut through the mat. It didn't happen with this one. It gave a good emboss without using all the plates I used to. I would recommend to anyone that needs to replace their embossing mat. Pleased that I can now emboss without cutting through my mat. Thank you so much.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very handy little machine
I love this very handy little machine. I can die cut and emboss flowers, snow flakes, petals and lots of different things with this machine. I put it on a small table and can craft while watching TV, instead of using my large die cutting machine, which needs much more room to operate. My Grandchildren can also use it with ease. Die cutting machine
I used this for the first time yesterday. I followed the instructions and the cut came out perfect (a unicorn). When I separated the plastic plates the imprint of the metal die were on 1 plastic plate. I thought it was because I didn't use the rubber mat so I tried it with the rubber mat and it wouldn't go through the machine. I really love it though and will save me so much money buying die cuts ready made online.

My baby blue
I have had this machine for 3 weeks now and have used regularly. It is a super little machine and so easy to use. I have not used my Grand Calibur half as much because I can use the baby blue for all my small dies. It sits on my desk, I just reach out and start cutting my dies.
