Well engineered and as it's an Eclipse, very likely to be reliable and long lasting.
This is a useful piece of kit for enlarging holes. I've never had any poor tools from Eclipse and this seems a well engineered item. The blade can be adjusted so that both the handle and blade are in the same horizontal plane.
