Oven thermometer
I recently had to install a new thermostat in our whirlpool electric fan oven Having installed it and started using the oven I was getting poor results so I bought this oven thermometer. It’s a simple device but well made . I placed it on the middle shelf and set my oven dial too 200c 10 minutes later I looked into my oven and the thermometer was reading 175c ! So I now know my oven is cooler by 25c . There is no mechanical adjustment on the temperature knob like in some ovens and I didn’t want to mess with the circuit board so I now set my dial too 225 to achieve 200c :)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

spot on give or take 5c - very nice thank you.
Excellent quality and gives spot on reading give or take 5c as tested with my professional multimeter thermometer. You only need to set the oven up once. if it under/over reads then adjust oven dial accordingly. 200c on my dodgy oven needed setting to 230 (for 200c) which explains why my food hasnt been cooking very well over the last month.
