The first one delivered had severe transport damage that had broken two of the retaining clips; the supplier was notified and immediately replaced the item but did not alter the simple packaging format (Single layer of bubble wrap). The replacement was also damaged but only on one of the four clips which made it usable for our purpose. Although not particularly expensive the plastic used, or the strength/ design of the moulding is suspect. This item may not take day to day handling unless handled and stored with greater care than is normal for plastic items. Not bad for the money but I doubt if it will have a long life.

A good size, holding 1 large, or 2 loaves, or lots of smaller cakes. Clips are strong and keep lid and base held strongly together. I would have preferred a clearer top, it would have been ideal to have a photograph of a cake in the box, to judge how opaque the top was.

First box sent had damaged locking tabs but was replaced promptly with no fuss. Box is large and very deep which is exactly what I wanted. The plastic locking tabs are perhaps a little flimsy so not sure how long they will last.
