Garage racking
A little tricky to assemble, can't be moved when assembled as likely to become unstable and come apart. Suggest fixing to walk as uprights tend to not stay in place as joined at half height. Would prefer shelving with one piece uprights, not sure why this isn't made that way as would be a great improvement.

save your money
i thought how bad could it be? yes its cheap but seriously shoddy. falls apart and wobbly to say the least, theres a join half way up the legs so the whole rack looks kinked when put together. would be much better spending more money on something else or buying some wood and making a better rack.
