Makes a big difference
This is the best women's multivitamin I have ever taken. It is a high strength formula, and you can take up to 3 per day. This is because they contain quite a significant amount of magnesium which takes up a lot of space in the tablet, so a daily dose is divided into 3 tablets. However, I never take 3 in a day. One a day during the week is adequate while at my sedentary job, and at weekends I take two a day, one at breakfast and one at lunch, when I go for long walks in the country. This helps me not to feel so tired after the walk. I think they are the best for warding off fatigue, and because of the three a day maximum dose, I like the ability to decide how much or how little to take according to my needs and level of activity on different days.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Have ordered these several times and they are fabulous! You need to take them regularly and continually though. When I do I notice my eyesight improves markedly. These particular multi vits have a high vit A content which the normal womens multi vits don't. Why is this particular phytonutrient dense multi vit becoming so hard to find???
