good design, well made and easy to use
written instructions would be nice but the diagrams make sense when you take time to study them. simplifies installation and adjustment of brake shoes - consistent results every time with a bit of toe-in. perfect! easier still if you use a ratcheting cable puller as the pictorial instructions suggest

Super simple tool that works
Excellent product as aligning pads. When pads are worn they can be a little awkward, but not difficult to align but this tool means the pads taper correctly and seat correctly on road, mtb and kids bikes. Nice, simple and cheap.

Helps to set correct brake pad distance on bike wheel rims
This simple tool slides over a bike's wheel rim to help set the correct brake pad distance, especially for V-brakes, which need to be close to the rim for best performance. It doesn't help with pad toe-in setting, though, which needs a thin shim added at the rear end of the pad to achieve the correct pad angle to stop brake squeel or judder.
