bloody fantastic
best tool in my workshop. I now have 4 of these and they are fantastic tools. Why 4, it saves me having to change the cutting tips for different cuts. The tips stay sharp for a long time and re sharpening is easy if you use a diamond grinding wheel but as stated they do stay sharp for a long time. Harry

A really well made and well thought out piece of kit.
Solid construction, very stable in use even when cutting deep. Up til now all my hollowing was done with a bowl gouge and scraper, this tool is a revelation! So impressed was I that I went a bought a used Sorby Deep Hollowing set. I'm also happy to discover that I can add to the versatility of this tool by investing in other tips for coving, captive rings, beading etc...

Great tool.
I am new to woodturning and a bit nervous of some tools. The Sorby hollowing tool is not one of them. After early trials it is easy to use. My forst hollow form bowl looks great. For the first time minimal sanding is required to finish the piece. Highly recommend this tool!!
